Meet Swan Davis
Swan Davis is the Founder and Executive Director of Let's Make It Happen Together, Inc. With years of industry experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a dynamic approach to leading the organization. Swan plans to diversify marketing strategies, utilizing social media advertising, client engagement, direct mail campaigns, and leveraging referrals from existing clients to expand the organization's reach.

As the Executive Director, Swan is responsible for overseeing all executive and administrative decisions that drive the organization's operations and effectiveness. He is known for his creativity and forward-thinking mindset, qualities that make him a strong and hands-on team leader. Swan’s management and organizational skills are top-notch, and he has a reputation for being highly efficient and results-oriented.

His exceptional interpersonal skills enable him to build strong relationships with stakeholders, drive sales growth, manage and develop talent, and create strategic partnerships. Swan has a proven track record of boosting profitability, successfully implementing challenging projects, and leading team-driven process improvements. His expertise in revenue growth, operational efficiency, and sound stewardship of resources make him an invaluable asset to the organization.
My Story
Raised on the challenging streets of New Jersey, Swan experienced poverty, a fast-paced life, and violence from a young age. As a teenager, his mother moved to the south seeking a better life, where Swan encountered racism, brokenness, and hardship. Education was sporadic for Swan until meeting a mentor who provided the tough love, wisdom, and structure he needed, enabling him to graduate from Fayetteville State University with a degree in business administration. Despite personal struggles, including a tough divorce and battles with depression and anxiety, Swan found solace in volunteering, coaching sports, and spending time with his two children.
This led him to establish his own nonprofit, Let’s Make It Happen Together, aimed at helping at-risk youth and adults overcome life's challenges with positive alternatives and a productive social life.
Swan later earned a graduate degree in HR administration from Webster University, enhancing his ability to create jobs through his workforce initiatives. Today, Mr. Davis is happily remarried and renowned for his dedication to service, philanthropy, and his innovative approach to societal change.
